Scam Description
They said they sent my order, and that it was delivered by Logistics delivery company. It was never delivered by the delivery company they said delivered. Now they will not refund me my full payment amount for my order. I want to get a full refund for my order, it was their responsablity to make sure that my order got to me safely by a reputable company, and that did not happen. I also want to file a complaint against the delivery company. They said that they filed a claim to them for my lost package and the deliverly company denied the claim. I feel that I should get a full refund from either tthe company I place the with or the the delivery company. I hope that you will be able to get this matter handled so I will be able to a full refund back to my credit card that I used to place my order. Also now I can no longer go on the company web site that ordered from, its says now that the web site is closed, which I find very suspicious. I hope that you will be able to help me with this matter and get me my refund.
