Scam Description
I ordered 3 pair s of kids shoes from this company on March 27,2024. They gave me the run around for months about availability of the items I ordered. then When I finally said i just want a refund.They claimed they already shipped it out. They send a pic of a shipping label they made that day. From that day it still took 3 weeks and I received nothing. from them. Finally on June 29,2024 I received a package. To only discover they sent 1 pair of adult size shoes . the wrong pair. And they refused to refund my money. They want me to pay to send it back .(To China)I will send it back if they provided a label. Since it was their error. They haven’t refunded me any of my money. Keep in mind I ordered 3 things and I only received 1 incorrect item. I have done 2 disputes and they refuse to refund my money or correct their mistake. They are a complete scam!
