Scam Description
Spirilet offers a “buy one, get one free” Sale. for $29.99. I made a purchase and received in May. I then received my credit card statement and noticed 1 charge that I agree to pay and 3 charges I did not make at around 1am. I contact the number listen on 6/14 and no one answered. I emailed and received a respond by an auto-respond, signed “Best Regards Jane Fuller”. I contacted the credit card company and closed the account, they re-issued new cards, that I hadn’t activated. To my surprise Spirilet charged the new card again at 1am. I don’t understand how they have the new account number. how are they doing this? Im being scammed! PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
