Scam Description

When you place an order online with Derila they do not give you any way to confirm your order so when ONE, I ordered, I was surprised to discover that there was an auto input for 4 pillows! As soon as you input any payment information it automatically bills you without giving any chance to confirm and place the order. It then makes it seem like you would be navigating to the final checkout page by asking you if you want any add ons, like a pillowcase etc. No opportunity to view the entire bill until it is irrevocable. When I wanted to return the extra three pillows for a refund and pay the shipping too as they were unopened. After being unethically charged for4 pillows, I IMMEDIATELY emailed them and tried to cancel the order, but they refused, and instead tried bribe me with a “free cookbook” and some other garbage, and said I could not cancel the order but would have to wait until I received it, and had to utilize their 30 day refund policy. So I received the pillow, decided to give it a shot, used it for 2 days and realized the pillow actually made my neck HURT WORSE, and decided to utilize the 30 day refund policy.
Well guess what? This was yet another lie. I had a representative email me, trying to guilt trip me into donating the pillow instead of just letting me return it, providing horrible customer service without providing the information needed to return. When FINALLY I get the information on returns and I go to the Post Office to return it they tell me it is going to cost me $250 to return the pillow because it needs to be shipped to LITHUANIA where their warehouse is, and the company doesn’t pay for return shipping costs. It was sent from US but must go back to Lithuania for $250. To add insult to injury, they now email me with a new product every single day – you unsubscribe from one and another product comes up. Almost 2 months now and the harassment continues with no mention of refunds/ returns.
The company needs a check, should either be blacklisted and innocent Canadians must not be fleeced.
