Scam Description
I purchased a dog toy from an ad on facebook from the company Arhdcompuly. I purchased the item on 12/6/23 and never received it. I’ve attempted to email them several times, which recommended that I check the tracking number (that resulted in an error), or use their chat system to talk to someone directly (also came up as an error). Also, when I purchased the item, I received one email confirming the final total to be $22.30. I received another email from them that day saying that I was charged $26.76. I was never able to get clarification on which total I should be looking out for. I just checked my bank account and they’d taken out the $26.76 on 12/6/23 and another .80 cents that same day without any explanation or notification.
