Scam Description
This website directunblock.com lured me into thinking they had authority to unlock the carrier sim for my phone after performing an eligibility test. I used Apple Pay for this eligibility test fee of $28.99 (which is deceptive in that you have to read in small gray print about eligibility test) where I expected 5 points to be cleared. After this test it only cleared 2 of the points then proceeded to ask me for $50 for FINAL payment to unlock phone without ever notifying me the results of the test. At this point I felt cheated and scammed. So then I contacted the customer service chat in their website who in turn did a terrible job in continuing the scam. At this point if they give me a full report I’ll be satisfied with their service. The 5 points I believe I was paying for are;

*Not Financed
*Phone Activated with Carrier?
*Correct Network Selected?
*Not Lost or Stolen
The green checks represent the points that were cleared which are 2 and I paid for all of these to be cleared. In my opinion this is more than enough proof that directunblock.com is a complete scam.
