Scam Description
08/03/2023 I placed an order for reloading powder online from Hunter-Precision.com. I paid $572.69 to their agent, Shenel Corbin, via PayPal as they directed me to. The payment included “Hazmat and shipping fee inclusive”. On 08/06/2023 their shipping agent, Global Logistic Shipping emailed me stating my order is on hold and demanded that I pay them $200 for “insurance and city permit fee”. (not required by State of Washington where I live; and not mentioned in the sale). I refused and requested my order be cancelled and my payment reversed/refunded to me. Hunter-Precision said can’t cancel and won’t refund. Neither company is replying to me now. PayPay hasn’t pursued as the agent, Shenel, is individual; although they have her as registered to a verified PayPal account.
