Scam Description
I seen an ad from IMOBI Technologies Co on Facebook, the ad advertised Hoka one one shoes on sale. I purchased a pair of the Hoka Bondi 8 for $ 19.90 plus 4.99 shipping with my Discover credit card. I received an order #. As I would receive emails about my package, I received an email that stated “delivered” in TEXAS for my shoes. I called Dicks customer service line and spoke to a female cust serv rep and she was trying to help me find the package, at first she seemed very genuine about helping me and when all was said and done several weeks later, she told me that there was no information about my order. I called Dicks sporting goods corporate office and inquired about the sale offered through facebook, and was told that it must have been a scam.
