Scam Description
Black Friday deal. I purchased two items, received a confirmation that order was received, then shipped. When the purchase showed up on my credit card with random letters I knew it wasn’t a legitimate purchase . I reached out to customer service and it was a random email with them copying another email labeled customer service but random address. They sent me tracking info that was updating but ultimately as I expected it never came. They tried to offer me a 20% refund, then 40% and so on a so forth. I did not take any refund from them but said that I would be reporting it.
