Scam Description

I ordered a pair of loafers. When they did not arrive, I contacted the company to inquire. I was told they were delivered a few weeks prior. I demanded investigation and proof that they were delivered. When pressed for a photo of the delivery, they were actually delivered to another house with a different address than mine. Oliver Caubell told me that I was still responsible for the shoes and that they would not send me a new pair despite the fact that THEY had delivered them to the wrong address. A week later, the person who accidentally received my shoes dropped them off at my house. The shoes Oliver Caubell sent were actually two LEFT shoes! Since they do not have a customer service number, I emailed my issue again and asked for a refund or at least a wearable pair of shoes. After much (very slow) back-and-forth, they finally agreed to send me a replacement pair. The new shoes arrived in a large MEN’s size rather than in the woman’s size I had requested. Oliver Caubell will not allow me to return the incorrect shoes they erroneously sent me, and to make matters worse, they have charged me twice for both pairs of shoes! I have NEVER in my life received such poor customer service. Beware!!!
