Scam Description

On January 30th, I paid $46.00 for a subscription. On February 9th, I requested it to be cancelled and refunded due to not being happy with the product. I was initially told that I could get a refund after 4 sessions and within 30 days, then I was told that I could not have a refund at all.
Claim to want to help and provide support, but do not actually do so. I am awaiting my dispute with my credit card company for my refund.
EDIT: Was sent an email from “Joan” on 2/14 saying that she would refund my money once my PP claim was finished. PP claim has been completed since then and there has been absolutely no response from customer service or “Joan”. I also don’t have my money back.
