Scam Description
We received a phone call from “Idaho Power” stating that there is an open work order #W0404589-21 stating that we were behind on our account and power would be shut off at 2pm today 2-16-24. The associate taking the information stated that the caller did not state an amount that was due only that if not brought current our service would be discontinued. The phone number the scammer provided was 855-210-1020.
