Scam Description
I ordered a product from Modern Motus and immediately tried to contact them about changing the shipping address. They never responded. I tried calling the number listed on their website within the next few days as well as continuing to try to contact them by email. They didn’t respond to any of the multiple emails I tried. And the number listed had a busy signal every time I called, no matter the time of day. Eventually I opened a claim with PayPal and was able to get my money returned through them. Meanwhile, Modern Motus is able to continue to offer products to people without following through on their end. Their Facebook page has multiple reviews of products never being delivered and no money being returned. I only regret not knowing this BEFORE I placed an order. I feel I was very fortunate that PayPal was able to help me in getting my money back.
