Scam Description
I had to email them two weeks after the purchase to get a tracking number at which time they informed me that it would take more time to clear customs and gave me a tracking number which wouldn’t work right away. After a month the tracker said it was in town but I didn’t receive it so I replied to our last conversation to ask for an update, the email was returned not deliverable. I sent a new email which I got a response saying that my package was delivered and to ask my neighbors. I replied that I had asked my neighbors and checked my door and driveway cameras as well, and there was no delivery on the day stated. They said they would look into it they would get back to me. After I had touched base again, they informed me that there was a mistake in the delivery so they would give me a 55% refund. I replied that was not acceptable I would accept another delivery of the products or a full refund. They came back with an offer of 65% refund. I informed them I would be reporting them to you and requested again the full refund. That is how it stands currently.
