Scam Description
They offer a 2-3 business day processing time. Then are supposed to supply shipping tracking information. I made contact 5 times with only one reply to my second request for information, then nothing. Their business phone is only a recording that tells you to wait, and /or go online. They have neither answered any e-mail requests, phone calls and since 11/17 2023 my order is still in the processing mode – which, nullifies my being able to cancel directly through them.
