Those contact details are listed on MANY other websites selling bargin basement prices on well know products. They state on these websites they will ship in 2 to 3 days and send a tracking number. After 11 days and numerous emails, they state the can not find my order. I showed screenshots of my order on their website.. in this case Dersya.com as well as the email showing the receipt came from them. When I called it to the their attention.. for a few days they removed the email contact information from their website. This is a common scam using the noreply@notice.zhcartapps.com which you can Google what I have written here.
