Scam Description
I purchased the item on July 18 2023. I got a confirmation email that day saying they were preparing my item for shipping however processing time could take 4-8 Days. I emailed them (support@coziest.com) 8 days later saying I still haven’t received any shipping information. I got an automated email response back from them saying “This is an automated response to confirm we’ve received your support request and that our Customer Care team will speedily reach out and assist you within the next 48 hours!” I have since not heard back from them or received the product I purchased.
