Scam Description
Pro Power Save is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
When I received the product and started googling where to place it, I found out it was a scam. As a result, I asked for a full refund, which they refused to give. They went back and forth with me multiple times, offering to have me keep the product for a 50% refund, then a 75% refund, then an 85% refund. They claimed a 15% restocking fee and refused to give me 100% refund. When I pressed for a shipping label, they created a fake RMA and gave me a different return shipping address than what was listed on their website. I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company.
