Scam Description
Charm Dazzle is the scammer! Presenting as Balsam Hill, a very nice Christmas Tree company. Ordered off a very legit looking website and received an email from what appeared to be Balsam Hill saying they received my order. However, the link to view and / or track my order doesn’t exist. They took the money from my account and never answered my follow up email questioning delivery.
