Scammer is identified himself as dog breeder. The scammer shows pictures of English Bulldogs. I paid him half plus 130 more. We were to meet and never showed up and demanded more money for gas, dog food ECT.. scammer then told me puppy was brought to a delivery business and demanded 500 to get puppy delivered from a fraudulent delivery service.
