Scam Description
Linked to the online advertisement through Instagram. Was posed as Dick’s Sporting Goods Store. Purchased the sale of promotion on sandals. Received follow up email confirmation with tracking number. Did not receive item. Emailed address provided for customer support. Received response to check tracking number link. According to tracking link item was shipped and received to a location in Hawaii. Never made it to my location in NY. Tried to follow up by clicking on the store link again, but the website is now down. Tried to email customer support again but there is no response to my request for a refund.
