Scam Description
I came across a website that had the Wayfarer Logo across the top and I ordered some item. In less than 1 hour I realized that something was wrong so I notified ** bank and had them cancel my card and stop the transactions. Unfortunately, ** bank later reinstated the charges on my account stating that I may have participated or benefited from the charges . When I spoke to ** Bank again I was told that it wasn’t fraudulent activity, it was a scam and that there is nothing they can do. Sounds like a lot of double talk to me.
