Scam Description
Responded to a Facebook post about a disabled veteran, Joseph Martinez. It was claimed that he produced “uniquely crafted, handmade stained glass birds”. The site used phrases like ” veteran verified” , looked authentic, flashed the American Flag. After reading the comments, ordered three sets I thought would be perfect for gifts. Three weeks later, I received items that were not as described or pictured from China. They were small, cheap, poorly manufactured plastic, certainly not stained glass.
