Scam Description
The scam offered a free prize of a musical recording device called AKAI Professional MPC One Plus. The advertisement asked 4 questions prior at first about the users age, house hold demographics and if they previously shopped at the store called Sweetwater. Then the link forwards you to an order page where it says “Your spot is reserved” with a countdown timer of 5 minutes and to pay $9.95 for shipping & handling. Also, at the bottom of the page there are popups that show supposedly orders being placed by other people in different cities.
