Merchandise was ordered from flagrette
.com which was advertised on YouTube. The advertisement led to you believe you were ordering merchandise from Macy’s backstage. It’s a total scam. Never received any merchandise nor would they return my money. They, also stopped responding to my emails. Please warn consumers to stay from flagrette. They may be using a different name now.
