Scam Description
On 10 September, 2022, I placed an order, and paid $64.90 for a product that was guaranteed to be in stock. This is an emergency histamine blocker I have to have for my health. A week went by, no shipment. I contacted them, without a response. This went on for three weeks, until I received an email stating that they had ‘somehow missed’ my emails. The product in question was ‘back ordered’ but they will be receiving the shipment soon. Long story short, I asked for a refund. At the end of September, I was emailed again, promising that I would see my refund 3-5 days. We are now at the end of October, and still no refund. I have contacted Prospero at least once a week, via email, and have received no response. They do not have a phone number. This company will obviously take your money, then say a product is back ordered, and then completely ghost the customer. I wonder how much money they have made by doing this?
