Scam Description
After clicking on Google Advertising for a remote control drone and making a purchase the seller provided a tracking number for the shipment of the product. Checking the tracking with USPS indicated that had not received and package. After several phone calls and emails we receive no response from customer service and often met with a busy signal. There is a complete loss of communication and we have not received anything of a phone call, email or response as to where our merchandise is.We even paid the extra 1.00 the website asks for to express ship out our order. We believe a complete scam and seek to recover losses.
