Scam Description
Shark Tank Keto is a SCAM! I ordered 2 bottles with an additional bottle free, received 5 bottles and was charged for all 5 bottles full charge. Called customer service the same day we ordered because the charge was immediate. 1st call I attempted to cancel the order, I was told it was already shipped so we couldn’t cancel the order. 2nd call I tried to get an address to return the product and get a full refund. They wouldn’t give me any information on where to return, I was told I had to wait 60 days for an RMA in order to be considered for any refund. 3rd call, 10 minutes after 2nd call repeated 2nd call about RMA.
