Scam Description
Upon seeing their ad on facebook, I clicked on their website, read around to be sure it was legit, and ordered two dresses. This was April 21, 2022. My card was charged. I needed them for graduation the end of May, so I thought I had ordered in plenty of time since the business was based out of Utah. When the week of graduation came, with no shipping email as promised, I contacted them to be told they were sorry but due to covid delays the item was on its way but was taking 45-60 days. Items couldn’t be refunded because they had already left their hands. I waited longer. Again, no item. I emailed them again in June. Same song and dance. I emailed again in July. Same response. I emailed again in September- no response. Of course too much time has passed to file a complaint with my credit card so I am just out that money.
