Scam Description
Loxmall claims to sell only made in USA products. I was lured in by an ad for wooden cookie molds that was on my Google newsfeed. Loxmall claims the molds are made in California but I found the exact same molds being sold on Amazon by multiple Chinese sellers. They claim they are based in California but there is no address listed and customer service phone hours are Eastern Standard time not Pacific. There are no reviews. The English is good upfront but when you read the ‘about us’ and return policy the English is obviously not native. I did not buy this product after researching Loxmall..
