Scam Description
Bob’s Sport Chalet does not have the products they advertise and sell on their website. They also have numerous reviews stating they do not ship the products ordered on their website.
I wish I had done my research before buying because my order on October 5, 2022 was never sent to me. I emailed after a week of no updates and was told to wait until at least 7 business days to contact again about my order. I emailed again a week later and luckily I was refunded since they admitted to not having the item I ordered.
It seems like a business should know what they have before 2 weeks have passed. It seems like an honest business would not wait for the customer to reach out several times over the course of several weeks to refund.
Also, after ordering at Bob’s Sport Chalet fraudulent activity showed up on my credit card. This has never ever happen to me before. The Bob’s Sport Chalet website was the only establishment I gave my credit card information to. It’s very possible they are not careful with payment information and could be connected to credit card fraud.
