Scam Description
I was looking for an Australian Shepherd puppy and found the website goldenaussie.com. it seemed legit and a good standing website. I communicated with the site owner via email and just did a holding deposit on the 16th of September 2022. I tried to access the website a couple days later and it wasn’t going through. The website still showed up in Google search but not when I clicked on it. I tried to contact the owner via email again to let them know the site was done but I got an message saying the email address couldn’t be found. I had planned on giving the remaining balance on the 30th and waited to see if it was a glitch or if the site was having issues. I didn’t even pay the full amount for the dog yet. I just contacted my bank because I went through zelle for the payment. Hopefully I can get a refund.
