Scam Description
I received an email from nathanael41924@icloud.com stating I was charged for Norton life lock security in the amount of $459.98. When I called the phone number 18777830858 I spoke with a representative and they said that I should log into a screen sharing app so they can have me fill out a PayPal refund form and then they asked me to log into my bank account because there would be a link I need to click on and when I did I logged back out and they took control of my screen and they were doing something with my account . Then I told then I want to cancel transaction and have them disconnect from the screen share and they would not do it. Next thing I know all of the balances on my bank accounts were zero for a minute and then my balances came back. They transfered $50,000 from my money market savings account to my checking account. I suspended all of my accounts and had to open up new accounts.
