Scam Description
They pose as a pet supplies reseller for actual companies such as Affordable Agility to grab PayPal and credit card info via unauthorized purchases (online fraud, bank fraud), then commit USPS mail fraud – sending “nothing” to a local postal locker … and directing the USPS to give the locker key to a random local address… this is all a delay tactic to give them time to get pending unauthorized charges cleared through the bank.
