Scam Description
The scammer/s ran an ad on Facebook for buy one, get two free on their bodysuits. There were positive reviews on their website, and there was nothing indicating possible scam from what I could tell. I added a few items to my cart and looked around some more. After some more investigating on my end, I found the reviews to be fake and the “models” used for their product were advertising a different company’s bodysuits entirely. When I went to my cart to empty it, I submitted the order in error. Immediately after, I sent several emails explaining it was an error and I needed the order cancelled and refunded before any processing had begun. I did not receive a response until a few days after the order had processed. Although the website advertises a 30-day return policy, I was informed that there was no refund/return policy in place, and since my order have began to process, nothing could be done. I was also given a fake tracking number for my order, which was placed on June 6th, and no updates have been sent/received since.
