Scam Description
This company calls and sends medical records requests to our office. Our patients state they are unfamiliar with this company and do not want to use their services. The company sends us records requests made with Microsoft Word and without a heading. They request medical records including office notes, insurance info, and labs. They do have our patient’s address, phone, and date of birth. They are very unprofessional and refuse to provide info about their company. They are very pushy about us giving them what they request. I cannot upload any requests they have sent due to it having patient information.
