Scam Description
I saw an ad on facebook that was supposedly JCPenny but later they called themselves JCP so I knew it was probably an overseas company and not Penney’s. I was willing to wait for the long delivery time for the comforters and women’s clothing because they were something I really needed. But today I checked the tracking on the shipment and it showed it was delivered two weeks ago. It was not. Their website doesn’t have a way to report this and when I looked it up online, I saw that others had the same experience I had.
