Scam Description
I have proof that I paid via my credit card (ending in 9912) for 3 psychic readings from “Thomas John” Flanagan. No readings were fulfilled.
Paid $399 on 7/7/2021 for 1 hour reading.
Paid $200 on 4/3/2022 for 1 hour reading.
Paid $100 on 7/24/2022 for 1/2 hour reading.
Initially, when the readings were paid for and booked, it is stated on the website that it may take at least a year for the reading to be fulfilled and there are no refunds. After at least eight reschedulings of the reading paid for 7/7/21 (gifted to a friend). I received notification that a different one of the 3 readings was not just postponed but canceled.
I have sent multiple emails to get a refund of the $699.
On the rare occasions that I do actually get a reply from info@mediumthomas.com. All they do is stall and do not provide any information about the refund.
I have many communications saved via email and text.
