I was trying to buy a seat for my Harley Davidson on instagram and paid him $400, then he wanted another $150 after the fact for insurance but I declined to pay that because it seemed weird, I asked him to send my $400 back and he blocked me on instagram and isn’t replying to my messages! Total Scam
