I ordered a dress I have yet to receive the dress. I contacted them that I still hadn’t received it. They sent an email saying it was on its way. About three weeks later they attempted to take $19.99 from my credit card I had to have my credit card replaced new number new card. I contacted them again about that and let them know that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive a refund..
