Scam Description
I paid Cozy Cove for two dog beds with a credit card linked to a debit account at my local bank. They claimed they were delivered, but never answered any emails. My bank said they didn’t have any way to reach them either. My bank refunded money to me. Last week, my bank gave the money back to Cozy Cove, saying the company proved they shipped the merchandise. Still no dog beds.
