Scam Description
My wife bought an item from vitality extracts website but unbeknown to her it created a monthly recurring subscription payment for more product for $28 a month. She has tried to cancel it but despite being referred to a customer portal on their website to cancel subscriptions (that does not exist) and leaving messages and contact forms to insist on cancellation all efforts are ignored and her bank continue to honor the payments. Nobody answers their number (844) 429-6580 and when I tried to enter it in your system you said I needed to use a valid number!!
We are now desperate to get this sorted out. My wife doesnt want to cancel her credit card with all the implications that it will have on her impeccable +800 CREDIT RATING. PLEASE HELP AND STOP THIS RACKETEERING
