Scam Description
I saw an ad on Instagram for a folding camp chair. The deal was, buy 2 get 1 free. The chairs cost $20 each. I tracked the delivery but it was intercepted by USPS. What was delivered was an envelope, marked “postage due,” with no contents and the postal clerk told me it was a scam. I did not accept it and the USPS returned it to the sender. I got emails from Yarene stating there was a mistake and wanted me to return the envelope or accept 45% refund. I told them I would be filing a fraud complaint with my financial institution and reporting to the BBB and Instagram.
