Scam Description
Their policy states a refund can only be issued within 5 days of purchase…it took much longer than 5 days to get an email confirmation and for it to ship. How am I supposed to get a refund if I don’t even receive an item? It’s been 2 months and I haven’t gotten anything. I emailed them 3 times. I got a short response saying that my item was shipped with my order number and a link that provided 0 tracking information. No other information was provided. I still haven’t gotten anything. No item. No further response. No refund. Also the item in particular was a motion picture frame advertised on Twitter by link and was provided by an “influencer”, so I wonder if that person is involved or they may get a percentage of the profit. SOMETHING ELSE, the frame was initially on sale from $75 to what I purchased it for, $62.99. I recently checked, and now it’s listed as $120 being the original price and with the sale price being $70. That is quite the leap from the original price when I purchased it.
