Scam Description
I made a purchase online as a Xmas gift. I reached out several times and was my order aaa coming only to never receive anything. Then I requested a refund and was told it was processed on 1/20 and too this day I have never gotten anything and I can’t reach anything because they blocked me. And it appears this has happened to others. Below is the email in which I request my refund and they tell me it’s been processed.
