Scam Description
Professional looking website. Seller asks a lot of questions as though trying to make sure the puppy is going to a good home. Requires payment by Vanilla Visa gift cards asking me to email photos of the cards including front and back of cards and the receipt for the purchase of the cards including the Activation Amounts and Transaction ID numbers. I only agreed to send the photos of one of the three $200 gift cards that I had purchased and would provide the other two cards to the delivery person when the puppy was delivered to my home. The seller advised me that she was using NGO Ultra Logistics. That company contacted me and attempted to get me to pay $1550.00 for “insurance dues” that was supposed to be refundable after delivery but I refused after checking on them and found them listed on the PetScams.com website as a scam company.
