Scam Description
– the last payment Golden Touch charged and we did not pay was claimed to be an Amazon labeling fee at $5 per item for 340 items. Amazon’s actual charge is $0.55 per item. (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200483750 ==> This is Amazon office site with Amazon’s term and conditions for FBA Label Service. Requires log in details. )
– They used a carrier called Sendmax Logistics Service. This also appears to be a fraudulent carrier.
– They have a Miami location that appears suspect as well. That address is 16165 SW 137th CT, Miami, FL 33177.
– They were accepting Zelle payments from me initially and then later demanded crypto.
– Both Golden Touch and Sendmax only have one email for the entire company. So if I wanted to contact anyone it would go through contact@goldentouchtradinginc.com for Golden Touch (https://www.goldentouchtradinginc.com/contact-us/) and info@sendmaxlogs.com for Sendmax (https://sendmaxlogs.com/contact-us/index.php).
