Scam Description
I have disputed this charge through my bank and through PayPay. Paypal has a case open on this charge and my bank is issuing me a new credit card and holding any future payments to this entity. What made me question my purchase was getting an immediate fraud alert from my bank. In looking at the website more closely, I noted that the name Jidong Liu was listed and the phone number wasn’t valid (208-759-0841. It also states their “working time” as being between 10 am and 4 pm PST but their address is in New York City (244 Madison Ave., Suite 1666). Whether this person is located in China, I am not sure but “working time” doesn’t sound like a native English speaker.
