Scam Description
I ordered an outfit on 12/07. It was more than two weeks and still not delivered. I emailed the company and they replied “All orders ship out of Los Angeles. We design all of our styles in-house in Los Angeles, hence our styles have different shipping timeframes”. I went back to the item on the website and that was a lie, nowhere did it show that information. I waited three more days just incase and still nothing, i emailed them again they “apologized” and asked if I wanted a refund, I said YES. I received an email that my order was cancelled, and I will receive a refund in 10 business days. I have not received my refund, I decided to a little research and found multiple reviews from other women who have had the exact situation and warning others. It was too late for me. At this point it is not about the money but it is about the company scamming others, to some $100 is a lot to just throw away.
