Scam Description
The individual was referred by a realtor, whom I also have come to know is a scammer, they work in tandem alone with a home inspector. Mogazi came to my home to inspect a job to fix of fixing a piece of wood on my home, and to power wash the entire house; after coming to my home to look at the job Mogazi told me it would be a total of $325.00, and he would return the next day to perform the work. The next day he has an excuse of why he could not return; but, would be there the following day. The following day turned into over a month of excuses and no work performed. Mogazi then stopped responding to my calls and text.
